I am a Chester based artist working in collage on glass using the intricate technique of reverse decoupage. I use glass as my preferred medium because it allows me to create images on both sides. My vases, bowls & trays are richly decorated with Japanese/Nepalese handmade paper and strikingly colourful imagery. They are then finished with 30 coats of varnish to give each piece a glass-like finish. The two-dimensional imagery makes my art highly distinctive and unusual.
I create my designs to suit all tastes, ranging from 'classic antique/vintage' to 'contemporary quirky' themes. Each piece is a bespoke one-off...totally unique in inspiration!
